Star Lashes World Return and Refund Policy
PRODUCTS
We will accept the exchange of product(s) within ten (10) days following receipt of your order, as long as the product(s) have not been opened, have not been used and its condition has not been altered in any way
- Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange beyond the 10 day policy.
Delivery costs are, under no circumstances, refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their exchange. We do not refund products..
Regular Exchange
In the event that you wish to exchange product(s), the customer is responsible for paying the return costs to the Head Office. Once the product(s) are received and thoroughly inspected, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service specialists
- Send an email to info@starlashes.word informing us that you would like to exchange one or more products for a different product(s) or color.
- A customer service specialist will contact you
Defective/Damaged Item
Our Quality Control Department carefully inspects all items before shipping. If you have received products that you believe are defective or damaged, please call (438)496-7776 or email info@starlashes.world within 10 days of receiving your order.

TRAINING
Training deposits are non-refundable due to the limited number of places available in our training programs. The training deposit guarantees you a place on the chosen date. You must notify us 10 business days before the training date if you need to postpone it for any reason. Otherwise, a fee of $150 will automatically be applied to the balance of payment for your training.
The contents of the Training Kits are also neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Following receipt of the Training Kit and participation in a training program, the sale is final and non-refundable.
