Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by Canada Post, DHL, and Federal Express.

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email to allow you to track your purchase.

Once the delivery confirmation has been sent, Star Lashes World is no longer responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an exact address and contact details. Please ensure that the items are delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

In the event that you have a PO box, it is your responsibility to ensure that your products are not exposed to high heat or intense cold.

Star Lashes World is not responsible for adhesives that have been mishandled.

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or charges once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local post or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping charges. Customers have a maximum of 90 days from the date of the order to claim the loss of their package in order to receive any compensation for their order.
